Order Process

①  Adding Items to Cart

On the SHOP page, select the size and quantity of the item you want.
Click the “Add to Card” button to add the item on your Cart.
If you want to customize the embroidery, click the “Customize” button before adding the item to your cart.

②Placing an Order

To place an order, please login or register. Enter your shipping information, select your preferred shipping method and payment method.

③ Receipt of Order Confirmation e-mail

After placing an order, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If you do not receive it, please contact us using the Inquiry form.

Important Notes about Shipping

1.

Delivery might be delay if there is a rush of orders for popular items or if the item is temporarily out of stock.

2.

It’ s a possible to specify if your preferred delivery address is your home address or work address.
You can also choose the billing address for orders like gifts. In the case, please specify the address that matches your credit card or payment method. If you want to specify multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

3.

In general, orders will be delivered to the front door of the specified delivery address (please note that delivery to the front door may not be possible in some areas).

4.

If your address cannot be found or if you are absent for a long period of time at the time of delivery, the items will be returned and store to Chuo-ku, Tokyo depending on the storage time of the delivery company. Therefore, it may take some time for the product to be delivered again. In addition, you will be charged a separate shipping fee for the re-delivery. Please make sure to check your address or specify the delivery date in the remarks column before finalizing an order.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange

About cancellation, return, and exchange

We do not accept any changes or cancellations on your order after your order has been placed, except in unavoidable cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the shipped item is defective or different from the ordered product (only if we are notified within 3 days upon receiving the item). We do not accept cancellations or returns due to personal reasons, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

3.

With that said, we cannot accept cancellation, return, or exchange of the following items:

・Items that have been opened or used
・Items that has been used for more than 7 days after delivery
・Items that have been damaged or dirtied by the customer
・Items without packaging (bag, tags)
・Customized items
4.

In the case of obviously defective products or wrong products, we will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc. If you do not like the product, please contact us. In the case of returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons, such as not liking the product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
