and has since become one the key reference for chef wear.

CLEMENT DESIGN produces chef jackets that are unique in style as well as brings an innovative approach to fabrics and functionality.

CLEMENT DESIGN is born from experience.
Thierry Bouville, its founder, had many chefs in his entourage and he often heard them complain about
how hard the work in the kitchen was and how uncomfortable and badly fitting were their uniforms at that time. It was still a time when chefs were simple cooks and not highly regarded, and so were kitchen uniforms.

To first help his friends, he devoted himself to design and develop proper chef wear that would still deliver the required protection but as well bring a certain comfort and style.

Each model was and is still developed with chef and going through a long testing process in kitchens to make sure they keep this promise. Today, CLEMENT DESIGN has become one of the favourite chef wear for many top chefs, Michelin restaurants, 5-star hotels around the world.
